We are looking for a professional General Manager to take full ownership of our Westminster location. We believe in high pay for high performance. That's why we offer a premium hourly wage combined with a transparent bonus structure that rewards you for running a profitable, well-staffed restaurant.
The Financial Breakdown:

  • $68k+ annual income based on a standard management schedule (40-45 hours/week).
Base Pay:
$28.00
  • $32.00 / hour DOE (Calculated as: $22
  • 25 Base + Incentive + Performance Bonuses & OT)
Daily Cash Bonuses:
Earn up to an extra $50 per day by hitting performance targets in labor management, food costs, and sales growth.
