Full-time | Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays About the Role The Westin Westminster is seeking an experienced and hands-on Outlets Manager to oversee all front-of-house food and beverage outlets, including our restaurant Spotted Donkey , bar, room service, and coffee shop. This position is responsible for driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance across all outlets. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly visible on the floor, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing and supporting their team. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and coffee shop Lead, train, and supervise outlet supervisors and hourly associates Ensure consistent execution of service standards and guest satisfaction across all outlets Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and labor costs to meet business demands Review daily revenues, covers, and performance metrics to ensure financial goals are achieved Work closely with the Culinary team to ensure seamless food and beverage service Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in all outlet areas Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, alcohol service regulations, and health department requirements Conduct daily stand-up meetings with teams to communicate priorities, service expectations, and business levels Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control initiatives Collaborate with Sales and Banquets to support group business and in-house events Qualifications Minimum 3 years of food and beverage management experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and guest service abilities Proven ability to manage labor, control costs, and drive revenue Experience with POS systems and basic financial reporting Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays TIPS and ServSafe certifications preferred Benefits Competitive salary Marriott travel discounts and perks Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and career advancement opportunities Supportive and team-focused work environment Join Our Team At The Westin Westminster, the Outlets Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple outlets.
