Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee all operations at CV Proper Kitchen & Bar by Upland Brewing Company in Castle Rock, CO. The General Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency Hire, train, and manage staff Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a managerial role Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
