Duties Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance to ensure seamless service. Lead and supervise bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to promote teamwork and high performance. Oversee food production and food preparation processes related to bar menu items, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service standards. Develop innovative beverage menus that cater to diverse customer preferences while incorporating current trends in the food industry. Monitor customer service levels actively, resolving any issues promptly to guarantee a memorable experience for guests. Coordinate with catering, banquet, and special event teams to facilitate smooth execution of large-scale or private functions. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are rigorously followed within the bar area. Qualifications Proven management experience within food service management or restaurant management environments. Extensive knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and culinary techniques related to beverage preparation. Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on hospitality management and team leadership. Strong background in food production, cooking, and food preparation specific to bar operations. Familiarity with kitchen management systems and shift management responsibilities in a busy restaurant or bar setting. Excellent customer service skills combined with leadership qualities that motivate staff and engage guests. Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous; familiarity with dietary considerations is a plus. Background in coffee or barista experience is desirable for creating specialty beverages; knowledge of the food industry is essential.
