This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who leads from the front, thrives on building great teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving strong business results. What You'll Do Leadership & Culture
  • Lead, develop, and inspire Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams.
  • Create a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top hospitality talent.
  • Foster teamwork, communication, and professional growth throughout the restaurant. Guest Experience
  • Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and hospitality.
  • Build relationships with guests and actively engage on the dining room floor.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation. Operations & Financial Management
  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations.
  • Manage scheduling, labor controls, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
  • Drive profitability through strong financial management and cost controls.
  • Analyze P&L statements and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, reporting, invoicing, and end-of-day financial procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and safety standards. Standards & Execution
  • Uphold excellence in food quality, beverage execution, and service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead by example during service and maintain a visible presence throughout the restaurant.
  • Continuously look for ways to elevate the guest experience and improve operational performance. What We're Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or senior restaurant leader.
  • Strong background in full-service restaurant operations; upscale or fine-dining experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing high-volume restaurants with a focus on both guest satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Demonstrated success developing teams and building positive workplace cultures.
  • Strong understanding of labor management, inventory controls, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality. Compensation & Benefits
