It blends live and classic match viewing, tapas-style food, and a robust beverage program within a layered, social environment designed for repeat, all-day use. BARna goes beyond a typical sports bar format. It operates as a true eatertainment platform where hospitality, competition, and social play intersect. Within a 10,000 sq ft venue, including 500 sq ft of state-of-the-art sports viewing, guests engage not just with the match, but with each other through a curated mix of interactive activations. These include flight-tracking dart technology, AI-enabled puck-tracking shuffleboard, MultiBall digital projection games like PK shootouts, SubSoccer, classic board games, and other low-friction social formats designed to drive energy and dwell time. The environment is further expanded with private karaoke rooms, dedicated match-viewing suites, and flexible spaces for group events, celebrations, and corporate gatherings allowing BARna to perform across multiple dayparts and use cases. This is not a traditional sports bar. It is a culture-driven, design-forward, high-volume concept that redefines how soccer is experienced in the U.S., built with real brand ambition and engineered for scale. The Role We re hiring a bar-forward Assistant Manager / Bar Manager focused on execution, floor leadership, scheduling, and collaboration. A bar consultant will build the beverage program. Your role is to execute it at a high level, lead the team in service, and collaborate with ownership and the consultant to continuously improve operations.

Bar execution Floor (MOD) leadership Scheduling and labor Responsibilities Bar Execution Execute cocktails, batching, and prep to spec Maintain speed, consistency, and organization across all wells Enforce systems and provide feedback to improve them Floor Leadership Lead high-volume service (matches, nights, weekends) Control pace, solve problems, and maintain guest experience Be present and decisive on the floor Scheduling & Labor Build schedules aligned with sales and volume Manage cuts, breaks, and shift flow Hit labor targets Team Train staff on systems Run focused pre-shifts Hold clear performance standards What We're Looking For 3+ years in a high-volume bar/restaurant management role Strong bar knowledge and workflow experience Proven ability to run busy service Scheduling and labor management experience Organized, fast, and calm under pressure High standards, no ego Comfortable working closely with ownership and outside partners Final Note This is a performance role with real input.
