Oversee profit and loss statements for each restaurant, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded through cost control and revenue growth initiatives. Implement process improvements to streamline operations, improve service quality, and enhance overall efficiency across multiple sites. Monitor compliance with health, safety, sanitation regulations, and company policies through regular inspections and audits. Manage project timelines related to renovations, new openings, or other regional initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Experience Proven management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry with a track record of supervising teams and managing multiple locations. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement actionable plans. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills to inspire teams and foster a positive work environment. Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial performance improvement. Business development expertise with a history of increasing sales through targeted marketing or community engagement strategies. Skilled in project management, process optimization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within fast-paced environments.
