We are looking for a JJs rock star that thrives on the pace and duties that Jimmy Johns require. You will manage all functions of a Jimmy John's restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform all duties properly in the store to set the example and culture Manages a staff of approximately 10 employees and managers. Assigns, oversees and evaluates work. responsible for the promotion, transfer, or termination of employees based on performance. Provides on-the-job training for new employees and delegates training to assistant managers Delegates and is responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft. Supervises the preparation, sales, and service of food. Forecasts food items. Estimates COGs for each shift Ensure that every customer receives world-class customer service. Route deliveries and serve drivers to maximize delivery business and speed. Completes daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production). Completes Closing Procedures. Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times Receives and stores product. Audits shift's systems and procedures for 100% integrity and completeness.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Reliability Good attitude required! Basic computer skills Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be at least 18 years of age Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 40-50 hours a week.

Special Requirements:

Willing to work some overtime, holidays, & weekends as business dictates. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision. Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and issues. Ability to handle and resolve employee issues. Skills to use a personal computer and various software packages (Word/Excel). Ability to handle & orchestrate high-volume operations
