Position Summary The General Manager (GM) is the senior on site executive leader responsible for total store performance, financial results, team culture, brand execution, and strict adherence to company SOPs and KPIs. This is a high accountability, high performance leadership role requiring: Open availability (including overnight/graveyard shifts) Early morning production leadership (3:00 AM 5:00 AM start times) Weekends, (Saturday and Sunday) holidays, and extended hours (55 60+ hours/week as needed) The GM leads on the floor, in production, and in service—not from the office. Base Salary:

Oversee:
