In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure exceptional food quality, and maintain a seamless flow of service. Your energetic leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while adhering to food safety standards and operational procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and management skills in a lively hospitality setting. Responsibilities Supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations. Train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance skills in food handling, cooking techniques, and customer service. Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours while maintaining high standards of service. Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to meet financial targets without compromising quality. Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising staff, conducting interviews, and managing teams effectively. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices across various dining formats including casual dining and fine dining environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes efficiently. Prior experience in hospitality management or restaurant management roles with a focus on team training & development.
