  • Restaurant to lead our vibrant dining establishment.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient management of staff, and seamless service delivery. Your leadership will drive the restaurant's success by fostering a positive team environment, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and implementing innovative strategies to boost revenue and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and staff management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Oversee food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and company policies. Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize food costs. Supervise and train staff on food handling, customer service excellence, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and operational procedures. Handle cash management duties responsibly, including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports. Implement shift management strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours while controlling labor costs. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction through attentive service and quality food offerings. Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, ongoing training & development programs to build a motivated and skilled team. Monitor restaurant performance metrics; analyze sales data; develop action plans to meet or exceed business goals. Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development, food production standards, catering events, and special banquets or hospitality functions. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations including casual dining, quick service & fast food restaurants, or fine dining settings. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills that inspire performance and accountability. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety regulations (including HACCP standards), and food handling procedures. Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing effective training & development programs. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff, resolve conflicts quickly, and foster a positive work environment. Hospitality management background with experience in customer service excellence across diverse dining formats including hotel or catering environments is preferred. Ability to adapt swiftly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations. Join us as our General Manager
