In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient food service, and a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive the restaurant's success by managing staff, controlling inventory, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering outstanding hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional eager to inspire teams and elevate dining experiences in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth service during all shifts and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. Supervise and train staff across all departments, including kitchen, front-of-house, bar, and catering services, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize food costs while ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients and supplies. Oversee food preparation, cooking procedures, and food handling practices to uphold safety standards and comply with health regulations. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Conduct staff interviewing, onboarding, training & development sessions to build a motivated and skilled team. Monitor budget adherence, implement cost-control measures, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements across the restaurant. Handle customer feedback promptly to resolve issues effectively while promoting a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business. Coordinate shift management activities including scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluations to maintain operational efficiency. Requirements Proven management experience in quick service & chinese restaurants or casual dining environments with a strong background in food service management. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management practices. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills required. Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training & development in a hospitality or restaurant setting. Familiarity with inventory control procedures, budgeting principles, and food safety regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Strong customer service orientation complemented by effective communication skills. Experience managing shift operations within a hospitality or hotel environment is preferred. Culinary experience or fine dining background is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for culinary excellence is essential. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Join us as our General Manager
