Join Brues Alehouse Brewing Co. as our Executive Kitchen Manager and lead a dynamic culinary team in a one-of-a-kind establishment. We're a lively brewpub housed in a converted police station and jail - a truly distinctive venue where you'll craft fresh food that pairs perfectly with our craft brews. About Us:
Brues Alehouse is a craft brewpub located on the historic Riverwalk in Pueblo, CO. We take pride in serving fresh German style beer and a menu that showcases the unique blend of Mexican, Italian and German food that is the heart of Pueblo. Our in-house bakery provides desserts, pastries, pretzels and breads.
Your Role:
As the Executive Kitchen Manager you will oversee the kitchen staff of 20. You will have support for inventory management, ordering, menu design, staff management and financial planning. Your primary responsibility will be to provide leadership through the busy lunch and dinner services that typically welcome 500 guests a day. Providing mentorship, encouraging collaboration and maintaining efficiency are all important parts of your job that ensure a happy kitchen and great guest experience. Communication is key in this fast paced environment. You will typically work a mid-shift (between 10 am and 8 pm) to overlap with lunch and dinner services.
