Deliver Delight by providing exceptional Guest Service standards. Understanding of food quality and safety. 2+ years of prior leadership experience in the quick service restaurant industry. A valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle. Make Moments Count by celebrating wins and appreciating the joys of life. Ability to pass a criminal background check. The Perks Base Salary range $58,000-$62,000 Top performing Restaurant Leaders can earn up to an additional $46,000/year in bonuses.
