Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction. Supervise and motivate staff to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality. Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing needs, and oversee shift management to optimize productivity. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures. Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate food management and ordering processes using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at the end of shifts. Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance team skills in food preparation, customer service, and hospitality management. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Demonstrated supervising experience with team management, interviewing, training & development, and shift management skills. Knowledge of food safety standards, food industry best practices, and hospitality management principles. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences. Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting tasks, and food production processes efficiently.
