(get your steps in ya'll!) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (sometimes repetitively getting your workout on). Proficient in English. What would your responsibilities be? Own financial management, which includes food, labor, and all controllable expenses. The General Manager directly manages and is responsible for all aspects of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to customer service, employee performance and development, restaurant costs, safety, facilities, administration, and corporate values.
