As the General Manager, you will oversee all restaurant functions, ensure flawless execution, and cultivate a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service. Responsibilities Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders to build a strong, high‑performing workforce. Create and manage weekly schedules, optimize labor deployment, and ensure proper staffing levels for peak and non‑peak periods. Maintain full compliance with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and regulatory requirements. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and food cost controls using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS . Manage cash handling procedures, daily deposits, safe counts, and end‑of‑day reconciliation with accuracy and integrity. Drive operational performance through consistent execution of brand standards, shift routines, and hospitality expectations. Analyze financial reports, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing development programs to strengthen leadership capabilities across the restaurant. Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment that supports retention, teamwork, and exceptional guest service. Qualifications Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role within quick service, fast casual, or casual dining restaurants. Strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and culinary quality control. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS , including inventory and cash management functions. Demonstrated leadership experience in team management, interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and performance development. In‑depth knowledge of food safety regulations, operational best practices, and hospitality management principles. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues, elevate guest experiences, and build guest loyalty. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, food cost, labor cost, and inventory control. Ability to lead with urgency, accountability, and a solutions‑focused mindset in a high‑volume environment.
