In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient management of staff, and seamless service delivery. Your leadership will drive the restaurant's success by fostering a positive team environment, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance operational performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards. Open new location and be a part of something great. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand specifications. Supervise staff training and development, including interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to build a high-performing team. Manage inventory control and food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Monitor budget performance, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Oversee shift management, kitchen operations, catering services, bar operations, and special events like banquets. Conduct regular staff evaluations, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work environment aligned with hospitality management best practices. Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in food service management, including food handling, culinary experience, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, food safety standards, and staff training & development. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Knowledge of food preparation techniques across various cuisines; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus. Ability to oversee shift management in high-volume settings such as casual dining or catering environments.
