We make food from scratch. We hold high standards. We expect leaders to think critically, solve problems, and take ownership. We are looking for an experienced restaurant leader who can step into a fast-paced operation and lead a team from day one. This is not a position for someone looking to become a manager someday. This is not a position for someone who needs constant direction. This is not a position for someone who believes leadership comes from a title. We are looking for someone who already knows how to run a shift, develop people, maintain standards, and make sound decisions when things don't go according to plan. We'll teach you our recipes, systems or assist in developing them, and operational objectives. We won't teach you how to lead. What Success Looks Like You can walk into a busy shift, quickly assess what's happening, and make the right decisions. You can coach employees in real time without creating drama. You can hold standards while maintaining a positive culture. You notice problems before they become emergencies. You don't wait to be told what to do. You take ownership of the guest experience, the team's performance, and the success of the shift. Responsibilities Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts Direct and support team members during service Maintain food quality and consistency standards Execute opening and closing procedures Coach, train, and develop team members Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Ensure operational systems are followed consistently Jump into any position when the business requires it Communicate operational issues and opportunities to leadership Qualifications Previous restaurant leadership experience required Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and accountability skills Ability to stay organized under pressure Demonstrated problem-solving ability Willingness to work alongside the team rather than supervise from the sidelines A Question for Applicants Tell us about a time you inherited a struggling shift, team, or operation. What was wrong, what actions did you take, and what was the outcome? We're less interested in your title and more interested in how you think.
