Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our vibrant bar operations. In this role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food and beverage quality standards, and manage all aspects of bar management to deliver memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Supervise daily bar operations, including food preparation, drink service, and customer interactions to ensure smooth workflow and high guest satisfaction Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Oversee cash handling procedures accurately during shifts and reconcile daily sales reports Train, develop, and motivate staff to uphold service standards, food safety protocols, and hospitality excellence Coordinate shift schedules, supervise team members, and ensure proper staffing levels for busy periods Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, food safety standards, and alcohol service Implement cost control measures through budgeting, waste reduction strategies, and efficient resource management Lead staff hiring processes by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members with restaurant or hospitality management experience Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing fast-paced quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on quality control Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in casual dining or fine dining environments Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams within the food industry or hospitality management settings Skilled in inventory control, food management, and kitchen management practices to optimize operations Experience in staff training & development, team management, and fostering a positive work environment Familiarity with food safety standards, catering operations, banquet services, and event management such as hotel or restaurant experience Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards Join us as a Bar Manager if you're passionate about leading energetic teams in a lively environment while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
