Dining Room Manager

Your leadership will ensure smooth service flow, efficient team management, and a memorable dining experience for our residents and families! customer service, food presentation . Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure team members are well-prepared to deliver top-tier service. Handle resident inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for every resident and family member. Supervise shift management activities including opening, closing, and ensuring operational efficiency during peak hours. Conduct interviewing and onboarding of new team members to build a skilled and motivated staff. Manage budgets related to food costs, labor costs, and overall restaurant expenses to optimize profitability. Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments. Strong background in restaurant management with supervisory experience in hospitality or culinary settings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, team management, and interviewing. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety regulations, and inventory control practices. Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing food production standards. Previous Assistant Living Experience ; culinary or kitchen management background highly desirable.
