In this role, you'll be the driving force behind delivering outstanding customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards across all aspects of restaurant management. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and has a strong background in food service management, with experience in fast-paced environments like quick service, casual dining, or fine dining establishments. Your leadership will help create memorable experiences for our guests while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring efficient service flow. Lead staff training and development to uphold service standards, food safety, and cleanliness. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Ensure accurate cash handling and financial transactions while maintaining accountability. Supervise food preparation and kitchen activities to guarantee quality and consistency across all menu items. Implement food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Collaborate with the team to develop new menu ideas, catering options, or special event setups such as banquets or hotel services. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to uphold excellent customer service standards. Experience Proven management experience in the food industry, ideally within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining settings. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety procedures. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Experience supervising staff through training & development initiatives and conducting interviews for hiring new team members. Knowledge of inventory control practices, budgeting, and food production processes. Previous experience managing restaurant operations in hospitality environments like hotels or catering services is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
