Restaurant General Manager

We're looking for General Managers to lead operations, inspire the team, and help us continue to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This applies to Hartford area and New Haven area What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence in service, quality, and cleanliness. Manage and motivate a team of managers, chefs, and hourly staff. Drive sales, control costs, and achieve financial targets (labor, COGS, profitability). Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-quality team members. Implement company standards and hold the team accountable to policies and goals. Develop and execute local store marketing and community engagement initiatives. Maintain a positive, collaborative culture while leading by example. What We're Looking For 3+ years of restaurant general manager or multi-unit management experience (full-service preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and operational metrics. A guest-first mentality with a focus on hospitality. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
