Compensation:

We are seeking a dynamic, metrics-driven General Manager to lead our high-volume location. If you possess a passion for guest hospitality, a sharp eye for P&L data, and a proven track record of building accountability-driven teams, we want to hear from you. 📌
What You'll Do Drive Results:
Own daily operations, grow sales, meet budgets, and maximize restaurant EBITDA. Lead the
Team:
Recruit, coach, and retain top talent across both Front of House (FOH) and Heart of House (HOH).
Maintain Standards Innovate:
Utilize POS systems and tech-driven data to optimize labor, scheduling, and kitchen workflows. ⚡
Mandatory Requirements Current Experience:
Must be a current Restaurant General Manager.
Tenure:
3+ years of GM experience specifically in a Full-Service/Casual Dining restaurant with a bar.
Kitchen Mastery:
