Job Description
Subway Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless preparation and delivery of high quality food, adhering to Subway's strict standards outlined in the Operations Manual.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene, and maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.

What you'll do:
Lead and manage food service operations to ensure standards outlined in the Subway Operations Manual and Service Level Agreement are metOrganise and oversee staff schedules, recruitment, training, and performance reviews to maintain a motivated and effective teamEnsure all food is prepared with care, paying special attention to customers' dietary requirements such as allergiesMaintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety, and carry out daily service audits to meet Key Performance IndicatorsControl and monitor financial performance, costs, and sales to meet budget targets and support marketing initiativesEstablish and maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, and customers at all levelsManage administrative duties accurately, including documentation, weekly reporting, and business record maintenanceSupport special functions and events, including outside of regular working hours, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfactionWhat you bring:
Basic Food Hygiene CertificateFSC3, 706/2 or NVQ2 chef qualification, or equivalentPrevious experience of catering managementExperience of managing a team in a Healthcare establishmentExperience of managing budgetsExperience of delivering training using company guidelinesComputer literacyGood standard of financial acumenAbility to develop increasing individual effectiveness through leadership, motivation, communication, coaching and training.
