As a key player in daily operations, you'll oversee staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and keep everything running smoothly during your shift. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery. Lead team members through training, development, and performance management to foster a motivated work environment. Oversee inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste and ensure product availability. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; manage cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations across all areas of the restaurant. Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient service. Support customer service efforts by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience. Experience Proven management or supervisory experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols. Previous roles involving staff training, team management, and restaurant operations are preferred. Knowledge of hospitality management principles gained through casual dining or hotel experience is a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and handle multiple priorities effectively.
