Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front House / ServSafe Manager / Cashier, where you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a lively, fast-paced environment. This role combines leadership, food safety expertise, and customer service excellence to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll oversee front-of-house activities, manage food safety protocols, and lead a team dedicated to hospitality and quality service. Manage daily front-of-house operations, including seating arrangements, order processing, and ensuring timely service. Oversee food safety standards by implementing ServSafe protocols, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed. Operate POS systems such as Square POS for accurate order entry and cash handling. Supervise staff training on customer service skills, food preparation basics, and safety procedures to foster a knowledgeable team. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and food items, assisting with inventory control and ordering when necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately, balancing registers at shift end and managing financial reports. Support kitchen management by coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Lead shift management duties including scheduling, supervising staff performance, and resolving customer concerns promptly. Promote a positive team environment through effective communication, coaching, and development initiatives. Experience Proven experience in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment with strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, Toast, Doordash, and Clover for efficient transaction processing. Experience in inventory control, budget in Background in food safety practices with ServSafe Manager certification, and food management within casual dining or fine dining establishments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster teamwork. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence across diverse dining experiences including catering or banquet settings.
