Front of House Supervisor | Aspen Restaurant & Bar | Full-Time Aspen is looking for a polished, hospitality-driven Front of House Supervisor to lead our service team and ensure every guest leaves impressed. This role is ideal for a natural leader who thrives on the floor, sets the tone for service, and elevates the experience at every table. What You'll Do Oversee daily FOH operations and lead the team through service Set and uphold service standards that reflect Aspen's refined-but-welcoming style Open and close the restaurant; manage floor flow, reservations, and seating Coach, train, and support servers, hosts, and bar staff in real time Resolve guest concerns with grace, professionalism, and urgency Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth, well-paced service Assist with scheduling, side work, and shift accountability Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and compliance with health and safety standards What We're Looking For Prior FOH supervisory or lead experience, ideally in upscale or full-service dining Genuine hospitality instinct and a calm, confident presence on the floor Strong communication and team-leadership skills Ability to multitask and stay composed during high-volume service Knowledge of POS systems, reservations, and service flow Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Why Aspen?
