This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring a dining experience that reflects the quality, pace, and professionalism of our brand. Responsibilities Oversee and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively on a daily basis Lead service with a strong floor presence while also maintaining awareness of kitchen flow, prep, pacing, and execution Collaborate closely with current leadership and the existing team to support efficient operations, strong communication, and consistent standards across all departments Ensure alignment between dining room service and kitchen execution to maintain quality, timing, and guest satisfaction Manage staff scheduling, shift coordination, and labor efficiency based on business needs Supervise and support team performance across front-of-house and back-of-house operations Create, implement, evaluate, and revamp systems and workflows to improve efficiency, accountability, consistency, and overall operational performance Identify areas of opportunity within the business and help adapt operations, structure, and service standards to support growth and remain competitive within the market Help drive positive operational change by improving existing processes and developing new systems where needed Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, food quality, service, and safety throughout the restaurant Address guest concerns promptly and professionally while protecting the integrity of the guest experience Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost awareness to support responsible daily operations Assist with hiring, onboarding, team development, and ongoing performance management Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, reporting, and general operational oversight Requirements Proven restaurant management experience overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations Strong understanding of restaurant service, kitchen coordination, and overall operational flow Ability to collaborate effectively with current leadership and team members to maintain efficient and organized operations Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams, holding standards, and driving accountability Strong knowledge of scheduling, labor management, inventory oversight, and daily restaurant operations Ability to identify inefficiencies, improve systems, and implement changes that strengthen restaurant performance Strong operational mindset with the ability to think strategically about service, structure, and market competitiveness Ability to work efficiently under pressure while balancing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Professional presence with high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, quality, and execution Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operational best practices Familiarity with POS systems; Toast experience is a plus Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required Ideal Candidate Leads by example and thrives in a high-expectation environment Brings urgency, efficiency, and professionalism to every shift Understands that exceptional hospitality requires both warmth and strong operational discipline Is dependable, detail-oriented, and confident managing both people and process Is proactive in improving systems and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency Can help evolve operations in ways that support business performance and keep the restaurant competitive in the market Takes pride in building team culture while protecting service standards Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience Growth opportunity within a developing hospitality brand Dining discounts High-standard, team-oriented work environment
