In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and manage daily restaurant functions in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape memorable dining experiences while fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace. Duties Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, including casual dining, catering, and bar services. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize profitability. Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Train and develop staff on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Interview potential candidates to fill Food and Beverage roles. Experience 2-5 year experience in food service management across casual dining, fine dining, or hotel settings. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance. Leadership skills in training & development, team building, and supervising diverse staff members.
