Duties Assist the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management. Supervise and train team members to ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and safety protocols. Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing needs, and ensure smooth shift transitions to maximize efficiency. Control inventory levels through effective stock management and ordering using POS systems. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within a full service restaurant environments. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervision, and team management. Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and budgeting principles within the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
