Job Description

Location:
Westport, CT (Local candidates only)
Salary:
$80,000-$100,000
Base Benefits:
Performance-based bonus, Insurance Stipend, PTO Classic American Diner seeks an AGM/Restaurant Manager to assist in leading daily restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
Positive, people-focused, and detail oriented with a passion for hospitality Leadership or management experience preferred (not required) Willing to learn all FOH/BOH positions during an 8-week paid training program Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Responsibilities:
Complete paid 8-week cross-training across service, support, expo, ordering, prep, and line operations Support daily shifts by coaching teams, maintaining standards, and ensuring excellent guest experiences Assist with inventory ordering, prep/production processes, and operational checklists Help drive performance through organization, consistency, and attention to detail
