Job Description

Job Summary The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department within our establishment. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining inventory, and upholding health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the food and beverage department, including quick service fast food restaurant environments. Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak service times. Train and mentor staff in food handling procedures, customer service excellence, and operational standards. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage waste to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment. Plan and execute special events such as banquets and catering services to enhance guest experiences. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that meet customer preferences while adhering to budget constraints. Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Skills Proven experience in food service management with a focus on quick service fast food restaurant operations. Strong leadership abilities with a knack for staff training and development. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations to ensure safety standards are met. Experience in shift management to maintain operational efficiency during busy periods. Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus for establishments offering beverage services. A background in hospitality is essential to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
