Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed. What's on the menu? Lead and assign daily workforce activities, ensuring safety and compliance. Oversee production schedules, materials, and quality control. Act as the main communication link between the floor and support groups. Troubleshoot issues, support team development, and ensure all admin and project tasks are completed on time Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, cost, and team morale. Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules, policies, and regulatory standards. Train and support employees, promote teamwork, and update best practices.
