Monitor inventory levels and manage food handling processes to minimize waste and optimize costs. Ensure smooth execution of banquet services and special events, providing an exceptional guest experience. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest satisfaction. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and profitability. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential. Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food handling, and health regulations is required. Experience in team management, including training development and performance evaluation. Familiarity with bar operations is a plus, enhancing overall service offerings. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
