• Full-time Restaurant Manager Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and quality control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee is a plus
• Bartending experience is preferred
• Culinary background or knowledge is an asset
