Chef de Cuisine / Kitchen Manager (Daytime Operations) Raw & Juicy - Alys Beach, Florida Raw & Juicy is seeking an experienced, organized, and inspiring Chef de Cuisine / Kitchen Manager to lead our daytime back-of-house operations. This is a full-time leadership position overseeing a high-volume kitchen dedicated to quality, whole foods, sustainability, and exceptional guest experiences. Position Summary The Chef de Cuisine / Kitchen Manager will oversee all daytime kitchen operations and lead a team of approximately 10-15 cooks, prep cooks, and porters. This role is responsible for maintaining food quality, kitchen organization, purchasing, cleanliness, labor efficiency, and team development. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong communication, organization, and accountability. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily back-of-house operations Supervise, train, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 kitchen staff Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency Manage ordering, purchasing, inventory, and receiving Monitor food cost and waste Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout all kitchen and storage areas Maintain health department compliance and food safety standards Create schedules and manage labor efficiency Foster a positive, professional, and accountable kitchen culture Work closely with ownership and culinary leadership on systems and operational improvements Assist with menu execution, prep systems, and production planning Qualifications 3+ years of kitchen management or chef leadership experience Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and food costing ServSafe Certification preferred Passion for quality ingredients, whole foods, and hospitality Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off Employee meals Growth opportunities within a respected and growing company Positive and supportive work environment Schedule Full-time Primarily daytime shifts Weekend availability required To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction explaining your leadership experience and why you'd be a great fit for Raw & Juicy.
