Responsibilities:

The main purpose of the Ass Manager of Original Pancake House is to develop the management team of the restaurant and build and increase sales over the previous year Must have the ability to attract and develop a quality staff Ability to leading the kitchen, coaching and teaching Available to work a minimum of 50 hours per week (including weekends) Be certified in food safety Search and interview candidates to join the team
