We are excited to open our new location in Aventura, FL, and are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our opening team.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the café/restaurant, ensuring smooth service, strong team performance, and an outstanding guest experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house and overall operations Lead, train, and manage staff to ensure high service standards Ensure an exceptional guest experience and handle customer concerns Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards Collaborate with kitchen and pastry teams for seamless operations Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff Drive team engagement, productivity, and accountability Assist in implementing company standards and operational procedures

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role Experience in café, pastry, or upscale restaurant environments preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Compensation & Benefits:
