The RoleWe are hiring a Bar Manager to take full ownership of the bar program and lead from the floor.

This is a hands-on leadership role you will be actively working shifts, driving service, and setting the tone for the team.

You will be responsible for:

Increasing beverage revenueReducing ticket times and improving service flowBuilding a profitable, executable cocktail and wine programKey ResponsibilitiesLead all bar operations during service this is a working roleReduce bar ticket times and improve coordination with the kitchen and FOHBuild and maintain a focused, high-performing cocktail menuDevelop and manage a profitable, well-structured wine listTrain and develop bartenders on speed, consistency, and upsellingDrive beverage sales through service standards and team accountabilityManage ordering, inventory, and beverage cost controlsEnsure consistency in drink execution and presentationMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environmentWhat We re Looking ForProven experience as a Bar Manager or Lead Bartender in a high-volume restaurantStrong understanding of bar operations, workflow, and service speedAbility to build cocktail menus that are both appealing and executable at volumeSolid knowledge of wine and beverage cost managementHands-on leader who works the floor and leads by exampleStrong communication and ability to coordinate with FOH and BOHPerformance-driven mindset with a focus on resultsCompensationCompetitive salary (based on experience)Performance-based incentives tied to beverage sales and operational targetsGrowth opportunity as the business expandsWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to take control of a high-volume bar and turn it into a true revenue engine.
