Bilingual Manager (English/Spanish) Healthy Restaurant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service while supporting and developing the team.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant Lead, train, and motivate the front and back-of-house staff Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily performance Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control Handle cash management and daily sales reports Ensure efficient restaurant operations and maintain company standards Work closely with ownership to improve processes and achieve business goals Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience managing staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment Knowledge of POS systems and basic restaurant financials Excellent organizational and time management skills Reliable, professional, and customer-focused Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
