General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
3-5+ years management experience in high-volume, upscale dining Proven passion for hospitality, food & wine culture Lead
FOH & BOH
operations with excellence and professionalism Drive guest satisfaction, team performance & operational results Manage P&L, budgeting, labor forecasting & cost controls Partner with culinary and bar teams to deliver quality dining & beverage programs Recruit, train & develop top hospitality talent; build high-performing teams Inspire, mentor & hold managers accountable for their areas of responsibility Build strong community and guest relationships through presence and engagement Food Manager Certification required; degree in hospitality or culinary field preferred
