Responsibilities Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team skills in food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures. Oversee food production processes, ensuring quality control in cooking, food handling, and presentation to meet brand standards. Supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service in both casual dining and fine dining environments. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Monitor budget adherence, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability. Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff, conducting interviews for new hires, and managing shift transitions efficiently. Ensure adherence to health regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to uphold excellent service standards. Coordinate catering events or banquet services when applicable, ensuring smooth execution from setup to service delivery. Experience Proven management experience within the food industry, ideally in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments. Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with a focus on food safety practices. Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training & development in hospitality or restaurant settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and inventory management. Strong understanding of food industry regulations including health codes and safety standards. Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting within a restaurant environment.
