Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:
$60,000 Health Insurance Eligible on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment Current employer contribution of $353/month toward the base plan of your choice Paid Time Off (PTO) 2 Weeks Paid Vacation 401(k) Program Life Insurance Eligibility Discounted Dining Privileges For you and one guest at our restaurants Quarterly Bonus Eligibility Based on pre-determined performance goals Position Overview The FOH Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint. This leadership role requires a highly visible presence on the floor, actively engaging with guests, supporting team members, and ensuring service standards are consistently executed. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads by example through hands-on involvement with both guests and staff. Flexible availability is required, including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities Lead daily Front of the House operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service execution Maintain a strong floor presence, actively engaging with guests and building meaningful guest relationships Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality and a memorable dining experience Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences Coach, motivate, and support FOH team members throughout service shifts Drive service excellence by reinforcing hospitality standards and holding team members accountable Assist the General Manager with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members Train and develop staff on service standards, guest engagement, menu knowledge, and company expectations Monitor labor and staffing levels to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company policies Support sales growth initiatives through exceptional hospitality and team leadership Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and professional development Core Focus Areas Guest Experience & Guest Recovery Floor Leadership & Team Engagement Service Standards Execution Staff Training & Development Employee Retention & Culture Labor Management Financial Performance Compliance & Safety Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, FOH Manager, or similar leadership role Strong passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences Demonstrated ability to lead from the floor and engage with guests throughout service Ability to work 11-hour shifts and maintain open availability Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Experience with labor management, scheduling, and operational execution Wine knowledge is a plus
