• Full-time Hunters Ridge Golf & Country Club Food & Beverage Manager The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations for a private country club community consisting of 562 residential doors, featuring one primary dining outlet and a seasonal pool bar.

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional member service while managing day-to-day operations, staff performance, financial results, and compliance with club standards. The Food & Beverage Manager will work closely with the Executive Chef and club leadership to ensure a high-quality dining experience that enhances member satisfaction and supports annual food and beverage revenue goals of approximately $1.25 million. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the club's main dining outlet and seasonal pool bar. Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained for all members, guests, and private events. Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate front-of-house food and beverage staff. Work closely with the Executive Chef to coordinate menu offerings, promotions, and special events. Monitor labor costs and scheduling to align staffing levels with business demands. Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships. Ensure proper controls are in place for food, beverage, liquor, and supplies. Oversee banquet and private event service as needed for club events, holiday functions, and member activities. Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and organization of all dining and bar areas. Ensure compliance with all health department regulations, alcohol service laws, and safety standards. Handle member concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports. Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to improve revenue and member participation. Collaborate with other department heads to support overall club operations and member experience. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience, preferably in a private club, resort, or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage management, and service standards. Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and inventory controls. Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and club management software preferred. Club uses JONAS & Foretees Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including seasonal pool operations. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience that reflects the club's commitment to exceptional service for its members and guests.
