What This Role Is This is a hands-on supervisory/managerial position. You'll be the point of contact on the floor primarily during evening and weekend shifts, working closely with the Management to keep operations running smoothly, our team motivated, and our guests happy. This is not a desk job — you're present, engaged, and leading from the front.
Responsibilities:
Supervise FOH staff during shifts — active, visible leadershipRun pre-shift meetings and set the tone for the teamMonitor service flow, guest experience, cleanliness, and product levelsHandle opening/closing duties and accurate shift close-outsStep in to assist with bar service or kitchen when needed (contingency, not routine)Coordinate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth, safe kitchen operationsAssist with inventory and stockingSupport the hiring process and help train new bar servers on procedures and standardsCommunicate detailed shift notes and issues to ownership/managementEnsure company standards and policies are followed — consistently, by everyoneMake real-time adjustments to keep the shift on track
Qualifications:
2-3+ years of bartending or serving experience in a fast-paced restaurantAt least 1 year in a keyholder, lead, or supervisory roleCalm and solution-oriented under pressureStrong communicator — with staff, management, and guestsPositive, professional, and genuinely team-drivenAble to work outdoors in an open-air environmentSaturday nights and Sundays are non-negotiable availabilityTech Savvy - requires a smartphone and comfort with: Google/Microsoft, POS, and scheduling app
