Job Description

Peridia Golf & Country Club offers an 18 hole golf course, full-service restaurant and bar, Tiki Bar and banquet/wedding facility. The community clubhouse features the Terrace on the Green Restaurant and Tiki Bar and offers Lunch and Dinner daily. Primary Responsibilities Provide leadership and supervision to dining room staff during Lunch, Dinner or Event service. Manage Dining Reservations, Events & Floor Plans. Monitor Employee Performance to Ensure Standards of Service. Greet member by name and engage with them ensuring an elevated dining experience. •
Specific Duties:
Enforce & Maintain Standards of Service. Ensures dining room staff is prepared for shift in appearance, Observe Individual Performance, Provide Feedback & Instruction. Display a Positive Attitude, Providing Leadership by Example. Conduct Pre-Meal sessions with staff to ensure important information, specials, is communicated. Maintain Cleanliness of All Service Areas, to Include Dining Rooms, Service Stations & Bars. Maintain effective Communications with dining staff by memos, log book and meeting with F & B and Events Managers. Ensure Room Setup is completed properly Ensure All Opening, Closing & Side Work Duties are Performed According to Club Standards. Work as a Team Player with All Staff & Management for the overall success of the Club. Confirm and contract internal and external events, banquets and catering. Professional Appearance & Demeanor. Courteous, Guest Orientated Philosophy. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Flexibility to Work Varying Schedules, Including Weekends & Holidays. Summary As a Food/Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our dining services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective management and staff training. Reporting to the General Manager, your core skills in food service management and team supervision will be essential in maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Your premium skills in inventory control and POS systems will aid in efficient operations, while your relevant experience in casual dining and catering will enhance our offerings.
