We are searching for an experienced, results-driven Manager to lead our team, offering the unique benefit of consistent day shifts and a strong community presence. Responsibilities You will oversee specific aspects of the restaurant to maximize profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction: Leading and developing the entire restaurant team (front and back of house), fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and respect Managing budgets and financial performance, including labor strategy, food costs, inventory control, and waste management Recruiting, hiring, and training all staff members, conducting performance reviews, and handling disciplinary actions as necessary Ensuring operational excellence in food quality, service standards, and strict adherence to all health and safety regulations Driving customer satisfaction by monitoring the dining experience, handling complaints professionally, and building a loyal customer base Collaborating with Ownership & our Operations Team to develop local marketing efforts and continuous improvement strategies Qualifications & Skills Proven experience (3+ years) as a Manager or similar management role in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment Strong knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including food safety, inventory management software, and POS systems Exceptional leadership and communication skills; demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L statements and budgets Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems with a calm, professional, and solutions-oriented approach Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties as required (ability to lift up to 50 lbs) ServSafe Manager Certification or equivalent is required Benefits No late nights - great work-life balance Competitive salary and performance bonus potential Paid time off (PTO) and employee meal discounts Health insurance options Opportunities for growth within an expanding company Supportive, family-oriented work environment How to Apply .If you are a reliable, upbeat team player ready to provide an exceptional first impression, please contact us online TheBreakfastCompanyFL.com .
