Summary :
As our Bartender, you will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. To succeed in this position, you should have an engaging and friendly personality, be efficient, observant, and knowledgeable. This position may require flexible scheduling availability.
Requirements :
Ability to follow brand and IHM standard operating procedures to prepare food and beverage items Team player with an initiative to reach achievement goals Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary Ability to work well in stressful situations Basic knowledge of how to operate all Food and Beverage equipment Prior bar management or supervisory experience in a high-volume hospitality environment Valid Florida Responsible Alcohol Vendor / Server Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start) Working knowledge of Florida alcohol laws and safe alcohol service practices Leadership, communication, and team-development skills Proven ability to manage inventory, costs, and labor effectively Commitment to guest services and attention to detail Employer conducts Background Check, Drug Screening and E-Verify Physical Requirements Due to

Responsibilities :
Managing day-to-day bar operations, inventory, and ordering Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising bar staff Ensuring consistent beverage quality, presentation, and speed of service Maintaining compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations Driving guest engagement through outstanding service and island-inspired experiences
Work Schedule :
Full-Time Require Flexible Scheduling Availability including nights and weekends
