We are currently hiring an experienced Food and Beverage Manager. We are seeking a candidate with an outgoing personality that excels in guest relations. Someone who can oversee the daily operations of our Food and Beverage outlets, at the direction of the General Manager, while working cohesively with our management team and staff. Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintaining a highly visible presence on the floor and overseeing service on a regular basis. Setting, training and maintaining service standards for front-of-the-house staff. Hiring, scheduling, coaching and, when necessary, counseling or terminating staff. Ensuring proper closing procedures are being executed. Some Required Qualifications and Skills are: 3+ years of management experience in the bar and/or restaurant business with verifiable work history, Vast knowledge of food, beverage and the hospitality industry, Strong customer service skills and excellent guest relations, Strong leadership ability and problem solving skills, Ability to multi-task and give attention to detail, Ability to deescalate tense interactions and remain calm under pressure, Must work well with a team Flexible hours are needed.
